Here's some pictures to give you a taster of some of the shapes that we have been creating at the far end of the room.

We now have around 75% of the steel up and about 25% of the panels are up and ready for the final paint job, then its just bolt hangers and holds to go.

All of the walls have been specifically designed so that, with imaginative routesetting, even the steepest ones will be climbable at a variety of grades without the easy routes just being a jug-romp.

• The Archangel arête … only with more footholds…and steeper… and with bolts....and with coloured holds (eventually!)
• Mirf's slate groove, ready for those Quarryman style acrobatics.
• The big fin - steep on one side and vertical on the other with lots of space beneath your feet.
• What may be the largest indoor free hanging stalactyte with varying steepness on all four sides.
