Our current opening hours are 12 noon till 10pm Monday to Friday with early opening for groups by prior arrangement.
10am to 6pm at weekends.
Bank Holidays 10am to 10pm.

Instruction
- Our instructors can teach you anything from basic skills to advanced climbing techniques.
- Lessons can be 1 hr, 1.5 hr or 2 hr duration.
- Instead of having a confusing array of various instruction prices, we have a standard hourly instruction price of £ 15.00 per adult and £7.50 per child (minimum £30 total).
- Corporate team building, adult parties, outdoor instruction and sponsored abseils - contact us for a quote.
- All instruction prices include equipment and entry – no hidden costs!
Birthday Parties
- For a birthday treat they'll remember for the rest of their life!
- Minimum group number 4 people
- £ 15.00 per person for two hours of instruction plus free use of our group room for food and cakes.
- Bring your own catering and birthday cake, or we can help you to organise catering. Contact us for more details.
Schools, Scouts etc
- £ 16.00 per instructor per hour + £4 per person per session.
- Optimum instructor to student ratio 1:6, maximum 1:8.
- Contact us for more information about the NICAS scheme and how your school can use NICAS to fulfil National Curriculum requirements.
- Groups bringing their own instructors - offpeak £4 per person per session, peak £5 per person per session. Instructors must hold NGB Awards or equivalent and must provide proof of qualification, current First Aid and relevant insurance.
Rock Monkeys Climbing Club and NICAS
- £15.00 per person for two hours instruction.
- Small group sizes gaurantee maximum climbing.
- Sessions every weekend with additional sessions during school holidays.
- Please ring us to book and ensure a place.
NICAS The National Indoor Climbing Achievement Scheme
- The ONLY nationally accredited climbing scheme in the UK
- Registration, logbook and certificates for NICAS Levels 1 and 2 combined - £4.00
- Logbook and certificates for NICAS Levels 3,4 and 5 combined - £7.50
