Monday, 10th October, Steve McClure spent the day at Redpoint setting routes during the day and giving a lecture in the evening.
Steve really enjoyed setting routes on our interesting wall shapes and at 5'7'' he can't be accused of setting reachy routes!
Steve is one of the best climbers in the world and has climbed E11 and sport climbed 9a+.
In spite of the odd technical gremlins, it was great to get an insight into his approach to climbing and Redpointing and hopefully everyone at the lecture will be motivated to have a go at the 7 routes that he put up while he was here.
